“Personal Information” refers to the “personal information” defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, concerning information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual through information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact details, and other descriptions.
Methods of Obtaining Personal Information
When a member registers for membership or makes an inquiry, the Association will obtain personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, payment method for membership fees, organization name, etc.
Purpose of Using Personal Information
The purposes for which the Association collects and uses personal information are as follows: to deliver information necessary for members and to contact members when necessary.
Management of Personal Information
The Association uses SSL to prevent third parties from reading or tampering with personal information.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security function that encrypts data during communication. By encrypting with SSL, we can protect personal information from hackers and crackers and send information safely.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Association will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the cases listed below.
However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws.
Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information
In the event that a person wishes to disclose, correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of their personal information, we will respond after confirming their identity.
